The Sierra de Quila, which in English means "The Quila Mountain Range", is a forested nature reserve in Jalisco; located 45 miles southwest of Guadalajara. The area is abundant in native flora and fauna, it is protected by the Government of Jalisco.

La Sierra de Quila is situated on the six municipalities of Ameca, Atengo, Cocula, San Martín de Hidalgo, Tecolotlán, and Tenamaxtlan.

The highest peak in La Sierra de Quila is El Huehuenton which is 8,000 feet in height. The nature reserve is a recognized eco-tourism destination in the state.
